About Me

I'm Matthias Portzel (he/him/his). I'm a computer enthusiast and programmer, specializing in JavaScript (and other web technologies), but I've written programs in Python, Ruby, Bash, C, Zig, SQL, and Java for various projects. In addition to programming, I enjoy reading fantasy, playing Minecraft, and occasionally rock climbing.

I knew I enjoyed software as early as 3th grade, and it has been a consistent hobby for me. I focus on web-development, both front and backend, but I've created projects big and small, for myself and for others. Check them out under the Projects tab.

I'm very curious, and will learn about everything with enthusiasm! I enjoy thinking over a problem and arriving at a solution that I'm proud of.
